As a psychologist (while I may or may not be able to read minds), I am passionate about helping clients overcome whatever life has thrown their way. I have always wanted to help people beyond offering anecdotal experiences and after discovering the field of psychology through a conference, I knew practicing proven, research based psychotherapeutic solutions was what I wanted to do.Whilst pursuing my education in the field and through my internships, I have become proficient in Psychological Assessment and Diagnosis in treatment and therapy, developed familiarity with human thought and behavior patterns, conducted and assisted in several research topics and have finessed my skills in evaluation of client needs and abilities. I have also supported and assisted counselors and their teams through Behavioral therapies, Mental Health Counselling, Child and Family therapy, Trauma and Depression, Stress Management, Crisis Intervention and Psycho-neuro-immunology(PNI) based therapies in both clinical and counselling settings.
