About Anton Zelcer

Anton believes in aligning organisational strategy, capability and people to bring exceptional and sustainable leadership to the worlds greatest organisations. Most of all, he thrives from enabling leaders to view their world from new perspectives, and to inspire bold action on stuck problems. Anton draws from a diverse background in organisational transformation, executive leadership development, talent management, change management, organisational development, and takes a systemic view on complex problems.Anton draws from a global and diverse set of experiences over the last 23 years, holding specialist and global leadership roles across many sectors and countries. Anton worked at Unilever based in Australia and the UK, Telstra, National Australia Bank, Standard Chartered Bank based in Singapore, and recently at BHP where he was the Global Head of Leadership & Development. Specifically over the past 10 years Anton built, scaled up and led global leadership development programs and systems that reached more 10,000 leaders, and these deeply embedded and systemic programs still run today. Anton is at home in Melbourne, after many years of living and working abroad. Married to an Australian winemaker, who now makes gin, he has three boys under 13. When he isn’t working with leaders and organisations, he is camping or wrestling the kids on the carpet :-)
