Responsible for conducting field visits in areas where USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Response (BHA) has partners providing humanitarian assistance in the country of Ukraine and reports creation based on the data collected. • Ensure constant monitoring of all selected/sample of EU-funded projects currently being implemented in the Eastern Neighbourhood region and forming part of the EU4Business initiative (including regional and bilateral private sector development projects, blending operations and transactions signed under the EFSD/EFSD+ guarantee agreements concluded with partner IFIs).• Collecting data at EaP level from task managers and implementers based on project KPI-s and reporting periods• Selecting and processing regional and national data and relevant information• Reviewing and collecting data for all regional projects reports in the EU4Business sample • Annual updating of the EU4Business Catalogue • Establish and nurture contacts with implementing partners/IFIs to ensure a fluid communication flow with a view to collect accurate and substantiated information. (This involves working with partners to investigate results and impacts of specific interventions through project visits and data collection across a range of “typical projects”)• Processing the collected data and information in the required format and deliver it to Key Expert 2 and Team Leader.

Conduct monthly surveys on the program implementation such as PDM and organize monthly analysis, interpretation and planning meetings in order to i) compare the achievements with the targets of the planned projects, ii) identify the problems and propose concrete actions. In close collaboration with the MEAL team, set up the data collection system with CommCare for the individual follow-up of the beneficiaries. Work with the project teams to develop and implement an anticipation and/or recovery plan for project indicators. Conduct monthly project data quality audit field visits to identify and resolve related issues.Provide monthly nutritional unit data analysis reports.Identify all potential analysis biases (false data, discrepancy data, etc.) and ensure the clearance of the databases collected.

The key responsibilities: 1. Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets that meets programme requirements. 2. Manage data processing works through checking data entry quality, data cleaning, standardization and analysis, and regularly back up data. 3.
