Both migrating and converting health/patient records data into either MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server databases. Built data pipelines using Hadoop ecosystem framework, while utilizing ETL processes from Apache Spark’s Core API modules, both within python & the Java syntax, while triggering SQL queries, to manipulate/modify and migrate raw datasets. Additional database processes consisted of the schema-less application MangoDB, while utilizing its query syntax within Python.

Within McKesson’s R&D sector, utilizing and testing their patented query language called Clinical Quality Language, to construct actuary models to determine a specific patient diagnosis criterion. DB engineered initial data from Microsoft Azure databases utilizing SQL & python syntax. Implemented object orientated programming, while querying data based on conditional probability. Once the initial model was constructed, weighted values were assigned per variable, for regression analysis and to calculate variances of specific diagnoses. Modified underlying code within the programming language c++ that contained structure functions, that the Clinical Quality Language utilized to query data within json object notation.
