As a Web Designer and Developer at KOA, I was responsible for managing and enhancing their official website (cyprussports.org) and providing comprehensive IT support to a dynamic team of over 45 professionals. This role allowed me to tackle diverse challenges, grow my technical expertise, and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s digital presence and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Designed, developed, and maintained the organization's website, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and accessibility.Delivered IT support to a team of 45+ members, troubleshooting technical issues and implementing effective solutions to maintain operational continuity.Collaborated with stakeholders to align digital strategies with organizational goals.Notable Achievements:Successfully revamped the website, improving its performance, usability, and engagement for a diverse audience.Streamlined IT processes, enabling more efficient team workflows and minimizing downtime.Proactively addressed technical challenges, enhancing the overall IT infrastructure.This position provided an excellent opportunity to hone my skills in web design, development, and IT support while fostering my ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
