My focus is on providing infrastructure solutions to enhance the end user engineering environment. I have heavily leveraged my knowledge of various technologies - SCCM, AdminStudio/InstallShield, PowerShell - to transform the application packaging, delivery and consumption.In an effort to modernize and simplify the application packaging environment, I configured a solution around SCCM Current Branch, Flexera Admin Studio and Flexera App Portal. This reduced the time required to package an application by 30%, introduced intelligent software reclamation, and enhanced the software delivery experience. This implementation was key in reducing service desk costs during Windows 10 migrations. As well I created processes using PowerShell scripting to automate software reclamation with SCCM integration and email notification.I have a deep understanding of software packaging, troubleshooting and repackaging of vendor applications. I serve as a point of escalation for a team of packagers, leveraging AdminStudio/InstallShield, PowerShell and AutoIt.I have a strong knowledge of AD group policies, acting as a mentor and lead within a team of engineers in the physical and virtual desktop space, including Horizon and Citrix. A key focus has been towards standardizing the user experience between all desktop landscapes.My greatest strengths as an engineer and technologist are my drive toward improvement of existing processes, and my ability to think outside of the box. This has allowed me to excel at solving problems, which is the hallmark of any engineer.

I quickly took on a lead technical role, due to my depth of knowledge and out of the box thinking. Within my time I was also able to fully retool the kiosk delivery and configuration processes, configuring an imaging system that could be used in a remote location by non-technical staff. I also wrote a new graphical interface in AutoIt to allow staff to configure these kiosks on the fly with automated software installs and configuration.
