Commissioning South Rhodes Power Plant. Work included cable loop checks for PLC-system, fixing incorrect couplings, testing electrical devices and occasional site engineer tasks.

Mostly I was doing configuration updates for industrial meters but I also did some smaller project tasks. I was also helping 1st level customer support especially with Toshiba BESS cases.

I worked in the 1st level customer support. My daily tasks included solving tickets from customers and answering direct phone calls. With the background of electrical power engineering studies, I also dealt with Toshiba’s products like transformers and BESS.

I did my Master's Thesis during autumn for Sales Department. Topic of the Thesis was Using battery energy storages in the future flexible power systems. Goals were to find out break-even points battery energy storage systems and prove that BESSs are profitable already. Also, there were discussed what kind of changes will come in the future power system and what kind of challenges these changes would bring.I also did various project tasks like meter updates for an example.
