I’ve been contributing to mining and pulp & paperboard operations in different leadership roles over the last 10+ years, both overseas and in Finland. Currently working in a production management role but I possess also a broad competence in investment project and maintenance management. I've participated in several large-scale greenfield and brownfield projects from initial construction through to sustainable operations.I’m a people-oriented leader who create a safe and engaging management atmosphere. Experienced in building diverse teams as well as reshaping organisations to achieve high performance.My background includes several years in expat FIFO roles in Africa, and I remain open to new international opportunities.
