In addition to general management especially responsible for company’s strategy, business development and ownership arrangements.On my watch, Project-IT Oy's net sales increased tenfold from EUR 1.4 million in 2010 to EUR 11.6 million in 2020 and the company's ownership base expanded after the LocalTapiola Group and Samlink Ltd became the co-owners of the company. Growth entrepreneurship peaked in a successful exit in June 2021, when Project-IT was acquired by Fellowmind Group.

Project/Program Management consulting assignments for clients in the financial and ICT industries.In addition to consulting assignments, a central role in the start-up phase of Project-IT's business, with a particular focus on strategy, business development, partner management, and the development of the company’s proprietary project management methodology.

Worked in the Mobile Operations unit’s Mobile Internet Services group and was responsible of product development projects of certain mobile internet services. Product development was mainly done by 3rd parties so key responsibilities were high level architectural design and management of the outsourced project.

Responsible for an extensive analysis about using Intelligent Peripherals (IP) to create announcements in the GSM’s intelligent network environment. Other responsibility areas included final thesis about GSM network’s feature called CAMEL (Customized Applications for Mobile network Enhanced Logic). CAMEL enables the use of operator-specific services even when roaming outside the home network.
