At Lassila & Tikanoja my mission was to help L&T Facility Services to transform into a modern customer centric business. I had many roles and responsibilities including:- Program Manager in operating model transformation and ERP program for Facility Services- Project Manager and Architect in workforce management program- Head of Enterprise Architecture- Member of Facility Services executive team in a role of IT Business Partner- Business and IT strategy design

When working in Barona I was responsible for development of the processes and information systems of Barona HR services business branch. I designed enterprise architecture, managed development projects and worked as a Product Owner of the ERP system. I also took part in business strategy development and work of executive team of Barona HR services.

My main responsibility in Tietomassa was to manage, design and implement software and web projects to the customers in mining and infrastructure maintenance industries. I also designed information security management system and helped to develop standardized quality management system for Tietomassa itsef.
