I am currently a third-year hospitality management student at Laurea University of Applied Sciences. During my studies, I have mainly focused on tourism services, cultural studies, and sustainable development. So far, I have gained practical experience in customer service and creating and executing customer-oriented services during my practice periods at my university's student restaurant. I have also increased my competence in teamwork, project management, and service design in the school projects I have done in collaboration with working life. In the future, I aspire to work in a multicultural environment where I get to improve my intercultural skills even further.
