Flowpark is an ecological adventure park, where you can challenge yourself on high rope climbing tracks built on growing trees. The tracks are classified in different difficulty rates and they contain platforms and tasks between trees. Customers use climbing gear and they are always connected to a safety wire which protects from falling down. Flowpark is a suitable exercise for a wide age-range from children to grown-ups and is popular event for various team-building activities of companies, school classes and sports clubs. In addition to the previous Demand Manager duties, I assumed the responsibility of the customer service and call off / local purchasing function. In addition, I worked part time in corporate S&OP / Integrated Business Planning development project.Responsible for:o Managing a team of 5 FTE in Customer service and 2 FTE in local Purchasing / Call-off. o Customer service level to Finnish customers.o Designing a demand review process as a part of Leaf’s corporate sales & operations planning / integrated business planning process improvement. Training and supporting all other markets to implement the process.Achievements:-Managing good CSL while ~80% of the Finnish product portfolio was moved from one manufacturing location to another as a result of corporate manufacturing re-structuring process (5 plants were closed and production moved to other plants).

Responsible for:o Managing and coordinating the commercial planning process of sales and marketing activities and linking them into demand planning ensuring one set of numbers for total business planning in terms of sales forecasts.o Facilitating a monthly Demand Review meeting for business decision making (part of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning process)o Managing forecast accuracy and demand control / deviations for the Finnish business unit.o Managing a team of 3 Demand Planners.Achievements:-Improving SKU level sales forecast accuracy from ~55% to 75% measured on 2 months horizon

I worked as a full-time Project Manager in partly simultaneous IT system implementation projects responsible for the project delivery (functioning systems), project time-table and costs . Hamilton Grant PDM (Product Data Management system)-Desigining product master data creation process linked to new product development and change management processes.-Implementing a database structure with appropriate user input and authorization sructures to enable good quality master data.-Integration to newly established Sinfos product data bank used between FMCG industry manufacturers and retailers.Cognos BI reporting extension:-Development of financial estimation processes with Cognos tools-Designing business processes from cost drivers using the current business plans and linking them into BI reporting.FuturMaster sales forecasting system:-Designing a demand planning process including statistical forecasting using historical data, data cleansing, integration of product portfolio changes (novelties, discontinuations) and commercial sales & marketing plans (assortment plans, pricing, promotions) into the final commercial demand plan.-Developing and implementing an IT system (Futurmaster) to manage the new planning process. -Building KPI metrics to support demand planning and control process improvement (forecast accuracy & bias KPI reporting).
