Hiring 120 employees for following operations: Financial, HR, and administrative, processing enviroment, safety, mining, logistics, technical services. The positions include managerial roles, mining electrical, mechanical and process engineers, geologists, metallurgists, supervisors, operative workers.

I was part of executive committee and responsible for major projects and key clients. I was also responsible for procurement and other contracts and participated in marketing decision making. I acted as a project manager in Spring 2020 when we changed our company´s ways of working and adapted to Covid crises. Project was successful and, in spite of difficult times, we did not have to lay off any of our colleagues working in Adecco Finland.

I was part of executive committee and responsible of development and standardization of Adecco´s and Sihti´s staffing services. With the methods of change management, we successfully standardized and optimized our processes.

After we have sold Sihti to Adecco Finland, I was responsible of developing our business in Northern and Eastern Finland. Under my leadership we managed to increase area´s turnover appr. 200 % and our company had the biggest market share in area. I founded new branches and recruited the best employees in our field of business. I was also part of executive committee.

I founded Sihti in Kajaani, Oulu and Kuopio and worked as an entrepreneur in recruitment and staffing business. After 3,5 years we sold our business to one of the largest staffing agencies in the world, Adecco, and I continued working there after corporate acquisition.

I founded Opteam´s branch in Kajaani and was responsible for developing our business and taking care of daily routines of the office. I also founded branch in Sodankylä.

I worked in the field of marketing helping real estate development companies. My task was to sell the companies interactive 3D-models, still-pictures and layouts. I worked as a project manager between customers and our production in Bangladesh.
