I have 25 years of experience in architecture, software engineering, design, information security and various management roles. The majority of my career I have worked for a fantastic digital business consulting and services company, Solita.In 2023 I decided to pivot my career from Leadership to Solution Architect and Senior Consultant. I want to work directly to our customers' benefit, hands-on style. In my role I can work with everything from enterprise architecture to microservice design, from requirements gathering to data modelling, and all the way to implementations.Previously I worked as Director / Business Lead in Solita's software development focused business unit. My role was focused on finding and nurturing new business areas and offering for Solita. Next level lifecycle services were also on my plate.Earlier I worked for two years as Program Manager for large scale development program inside Solita to facilitate growth, internationalization and operational excellence. The project culminated late 2020 with an ERP go-live in all our (then 6) countries.Before the development program, I worked as Information Security Manager and dedicated my full attention to this role in 2017-2018. My Technology Manager role included technology partner management, in-house technology and skills development, consulting, Solita's internal enterprise architecture etc.Earlier I managed a team of ~20 experienced software designers and architects, and also ran Solita's workforce planning process (staffing, we called it "resourcing" at the time) involving nearly 200 people. As project manager my main work was, together with a large group of awesome experts, a tailored ERP system for a Finnish import and logistics company.I fluently communicate with all stakeholders and can make even difficult technical issues easy to understand. I can lead people towards a common goal and succeed by setting clear objectives and supporting people at their work.In my spare time I produce music in various forms and play padel several times a week.
