My account management role spanned over two dozen clients nationwide, including the League of Conservation Voters, Senate Majority PAC, and the National Basketball Players Association, managing projects seamlessly through the review, creative, and production processes. Utilized and grew writing skills by writing for mail pieces, digital products, prospectus, budget summaries, and proposals, as well as designing collateral with political staff, graphic designers, operations, and production.This role required thorough research planning skills, high level of attention to detail, and ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects on a short timeline.I also proofread initial and final projects.

My operations role focused on managing internal and external communications for the Urban League and providing administrative and clerical support for the front office.Managed internal communications and provided administrative & clerical support including social media & website management.Designed & executed campaigns across multiple channels including telephone, social media, text, and the Urban League's website.Participated on the COVID-19 Task-force, including a multi-nonprofit organizational program focused on delivering relief in the pandemic with multiple initiatives to reduce burden on the community. Managed the day-to-day operations of the Architecture Library, including staffing of fifteen, budgeting and modeling practices, often performing with very sensitive and confidential materials. Duties included facilitating building maintenance, I was selected as evacuation plan leader, while serving as liaison to Human Resources, Fiscal and Outreach Departments, and Knowlton Hall, which required great time-management and sensitive deadlines.My biggest accomplishment in my position was improving the Student Worker Process by updating and digitizing the Student Employee Manual, a requirement for all students to sign, greatly expediting the OSUL hiring process and reducing scheduling crunches to hire.
