As Business Development Manager I always strive to create an environment where my team feels that they have room to learn, grow and evolve. Therefore, any individual achievement contributes for the success of the whole organization.With my clients I also promote these values. I present solutions according with the clients needs and expectations. I also tried to absorb knowledge from as much areas as possible to allow me to maintain my thought process flexible and therefore expand my confort zone. This way I’m able to adapt to any situation that I might encounter and surpass any challenge I might come across.Beyond my formal training, I joined the Board of European Students of Technology (BEST) where I participated in several international courses in the environmental area. There I had the chance to interact with diverse nationalities, points of view, and also, different approaches on finding solutions to the problems found in Engineering. Due to these courses I perfected my English and became a more communicative and accessible person with an International approach to all challenges. Above all else, more than a job, I'm looking for a challenge allows me to evolve and grow both as an engineer and as person.
