- On-the-field responsible for the full project execution, managing teams of both internal and client resources and handling relationships with senior clients (e.g., Chairman, CEO, Private Equity Partner)- Extensive international experience (mainly in Central Europe and South-East Asia) in Private Equity and Corporate Finance; involved in all aspects of the investment process including investment strategy assessment, valuations and modeling, due diligence, portfolio turnaroundSelected Transaction Experience: - €1.6 B Transaction for a Multi-Utility – Responsibilities include building Business Plan, defining valuation of target company, syndicating price and deal structure, coordinating entire execution (e.g., Legal and Tax Advisors, contracts definition) - $100 MM Transaction for a Light Entertainment company – Responsibilities include building BP and financial model to identify company valuation, conducting Strategic and Operational DD and identifying future strategies for value creation - $400 MM Transaction for a hydroelectric power station – Responsibilities include defining BP and financial model, assessing current plant operational health and identifying levers for improvementSelected Turnaround Experience: - Operational Transformation for a $4.3 B High-tech company (in portfolio of massive Sovereign fund) – Responsibilities include identifying levers for cost reduction actions, eventually amounting at 16% of baseline in perimeter - Procurement Transformation for a $4.3 B High-Tech company (in portfolio of massive Sovereign fund) – Responsibilities include conducting holistic diagnostic to detect rooms for improvements for each single sub-category - Holistic Operational Transformation for a $1.8 B High-Tech company (in portfolio of US Large Buyout Fund) – Responsibilities include identifying improvement levers in Direct/Indirect Labor and Procurement, leading entire Transformation managing team of 50+ clients in 3 Fabs spread across 2 continents
