As the Executive Director of Operations for Chick-fil-A, I oversee the operations of two locations, ensuring they run efficiently and smoothly. My role involves managing daily operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Additionally, I handle budgeting and finance for the stores, ensuring financial stability and effective resource allocation.
