I led & assisted in youth basketball camps ranging from 20-60 kids; ages varying from 6yrs-12yrs old. One of my roles as a camp coach was to supervise kids and ensure proper safety at all times during camp. As a head camp coach it was my responsibility to structure drills and competitions for the supporting camp staff to lead kids in. I was also responsible for teaching kids the intangibles that go along with becoming a better athlete
