In my role as Associate Vice President, I bring extensive experience in construction management to the table. With a proven track record of successfully overseeing and delivering complex construction projects, I am well-versed in all aspects of project planning, execution, and quality control. My hands-on experience in construction management further enhances my ability to lead the development and construction of new senior housing and capital projects at Catholic Charities.I am a deeply passionate and laid-back individual who takes great joy in assisting and giving back to others. I firmly believe in treating people with respect and dignity. I am highly adaptable to change and hold the belief that every challenge has a solution. As a results-oriented visionary executive, I am motivated to uplift, inspire, and coach others towards a shared objective.I thrive on networking, collaboration, and learning from those around me. In my role as Associate Vice President, I lead a team dedicated to the development, design, and construction of new senior housing and other capital projects at Catholic Charities. Specifically, I oversee a portfolio of 22 buildings comprising over 1,500 units of affordable senior and veteran housing.In my role I also manage a team of 80+ employees who handle various aspects of asset management, property management, facilities, maintenance, and compliance. I work closely with the Vice President and Senior Vice Presidents to address client and stakeholder concerns, as well as provide strategic guidance in programming and budget development.Ultimately, my fulfillment stems from the impact I make in providing well-maintained affordable housing to seniors and veterans. The number of individuals I am able to assist and serve reflects the genuine passion I have for my work.
