The Project Lead, MentorshipWorks closely with all Centre programs to support effective artistic and other adult-youth relationships. This position will lead the research, assessment and evaluation of the Centre's existing Mentorship relationships. The Project Lead will liaise with past and present mentors, mentees, program alumni and aligned organizations with mentorship plans.Some duties include interviewing, research, report writing, relationship management, effective project management, liaise with alumni and program participants. Working closely with a dynamic team to successfully implement best-practices into existing and future programs.
