Ensure the organization and functioning of the different areas, in terms of costs, quality and compliance with the Production Plan. Analyze deviations from planning and quickly implement corrective measures to adapt production to the needs of the Company;Analyze production losses in order to ascertain their causes and prevent future situations, minimizing these losses in conjunction with Purchasing and Engineering in order to improve production efficiencies;Coordinate and supervise the activity of all production, engineering and purchasing units. Optimize the performance of the operation in the various units and ensure the quality of services of these units. Coordinate the production flow of the entire range of manufactured products. Plan and establish priorities in the different operations in order to ensure their maximum level of productivity and minimum production time.Determine the needs for labor, equipment, and raw materials needed to meet production needs.Search for new suppliers, negotiation and establishment of partnerships. Stock management and analysis of short and long term purchasing needs.Monitor tasks to ensure that they will finish on time and at expected costs. Look for solutions to the problems encountered, aiming to minimize interruptions. Obtain production information (quantities of finished products, production times, defect rates, etc.).Coordinate product development tasks: improvements, product simplification, new projects, project start-up, prototyping and industrialization. Exchange of information, timings and improvements between suppliers and development technicians continues.

Scheduling, inspection, quality management, inventory management, supply management and equipment management. - Ensures that production team can achieve required production target, optimum utilization of resources, quality management and cost savings.- Ensure that optimum utilization of production capacity is achieved, by proper scheduling of the machine items which reduces the idle time as well as over use. - Ensure that inventory level are maintained at optimum levels at all time, i.e. there is no over-stocking or under-stocking. - Organize the production schedules, optimum utilization of resources and production process, ensure a smooth flow of all production processes, ensure production cost savings thereby improving the bottom line and control wastage of resources.- Also ensure that production time is kept at optimum level and thereby increasing the turnover time. Search for new suppliers, product costing, search for new solutions and new raw materials, negotiation with suppliers. Management of subcontractors, stock management of raw material and finished product. Analysis of occupancy rates, production efficiency and production deviations. Improvements in production methods, layouts and cell production.

Development of quality tests and support to the production process, support in the definition of the production layout, preparation of support tests with results from the testing phase and quality tests of new products, as support in the continuous improvement process and in the management of maintenance tools (predictive / preventive).Monitoring of the product with a focus on cost reduction, development and costing of new products and tools; Search for new suppliers, new solutions and subcontracting to improve Suplly Chain. Focusing primarily on identifying and purchasing the raw materials needed to create productsSupport to production planning, Kpi's and raw material and finished product stock management. Support to Health and Safety at Work services.
