Senior Manager with skills and experience in the Management of Telecommunications sector and IT.He is currently as CEO of CityMover, (moving, logistics and storage company), Medi Response Mozambique, (specialized medical evacuation company based on Air and Road Ambulances), is a shareholder in those entities and also in MZCC (a Consulting company) which focuses on the Oil & Gas sector.Since September 2020, he has also been a Non-Executive Director of First Capital Bank as a result of his experience in strategic management of information systems.In his professional career he developed and coordinated Strategic Planning activities, elaboration and monitoring of Business Plans, design and implementation of Corporate Governance, Organizational Development, Process Management in the scope of Quality and Information Systems Planning.The experience accumulated in the various mandates he had in Executive Boards and Directors of large Mozambican companies (Telecomunicações de Moçambique, mcel and Teledata) and organizations where he joined, allowed him to gain knowledge in the areas where he worked. He was responsible for direct functions of high level of execution of Strategic Planning, Bussines Development, Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Systems and Information, Operations and Engineering in Telecommunications.He also carried out works to create and install new companies, design the organization's processes and budget control mechanisms. Within the scope of its activities, it reengineered a company, Teledata, obtaining a significant positive result with regard to its financial situation.He is currently the president of CTA's Labor and Social Actions Committee, the confederation that represents all private business organizations in Mozambique, and for that reason he sits on the Government Body that setup the Tripartite Agreements between the Government, Employers and Workers RepresentativesHe is a member of the Order of Engineers of Mozambique.
