My educational background is in International Development & Social Change. Currently, I volunteer with AAUW Lobby Corps on bills such as Healthy Families Act, School Safety and Campus Enhancements Act, National Women’s History Museum Act, Paycheck Fairness Act, and Violence Against Women Act. Also, I am the co-chair of WIN's International Network where I get to plan and execute events on women and international development. My long-term goal is to be able to work for an organization working on women's rights/empowerment, reproductive health/justice, and girls education either here in the U.S. or the global south. Working on gender equality is a strong desire of mine, but I am also interested in working in public health, community and economic development, literacy programs, microfinance and poverty alleviation.Specialties: Gender Analysis, Grant Writing, Monitoring & Evaluation, Microfinance and Project Management
