CurrentSeconded to do special assignment more based in the office. This temporary contract enabled me to gain excellent exposure to relationship management with stakeholders as I supported Government Department Representatives from DHA, ABF, AFP, ASIO and other agencies within the Australian Federal Government’s Nauru Centre. Using excellent people skills, I used my expertise in operations, client welfare and case management to lead conversations and ensure decisions made with the highest empathy, integrity and care- Proactively identified and developed human intelligence sources- Collecting evidence against intelligence plan in line with Centre and Government priorities- Established and maintained working relationship with, and oversight of, field intelligence officers (FIOs)- Establishment of systems and processes - including training and mentoring- Leveraged strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients - Oversee / assess / gauge client wellbeing and assist in detection - Gathered and recorded safety and security information - Development and maintenance of client risk assessment - Diligently stored information in accordance with relevant record keeping obligation, including privacy and confidentiality obligations- Completed periodic perimeter checks, patrol high risk locations, conduct safety and security audits and protect critical infrastructure
