I am an engineer by education, a software delivery manager by profession & passionate in making things better. I am a director of BISTEC Global which I co-founded with a bunch of my likely-minded colleagues. BISTEC provides software development, finance operations, marketing, IT services & business consulting services. I am privileged to guide many brilliant software teams in the last 15 years to develop software products across the globe including Europe & Australia. I focus on corporate strategic initiatives. Further, I lead the marketing/LinkedIn services & also operationally involved in software services. In software development, BISTEC undertakes end-to-end delivery of software projects as well as building up extended teams to expand the software development capacity of the client. In marketing services, BISTEC provides its core marketing services via LinkedIn where BISTEC has built up a unique marketing model to drive leads faster based on its operational experience.I have used Agile software development methodologies & frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup framework, etc. I worked across many domains and healthcare & facilities management being the favorites. From the early days of my career, I asked why "work is not enjoyable?" I watched Simon Sinek's TED talk "Start With Why" & that opened a whole new perspective for me. If each of us takes small steps in doing things better, this world will be a different place.What I enjoy most is making things better & seeing things grow. I tend to be a perfectionist & enjoy making things perfect no matter what I do!
