Anu Codaty is a senior executive with a 25-year healthcare career in biotechnology, medical devices, and management consulting. As a member of Aldevron's leadership team, Anu leads global marketing and strategy. She is responsible for strategic planning, product/service strategy, business strategy, marketing, and P&L performance to drive growth and market share. She serves as the global business champion, owner of the Aldevron portfolio and brand.Previously, Anu was the P&L owner of the $350M Interventional Pain business at Medtronic, the world’s largest medical device company. Under her leadership, Anu installed a high-performing, diverse management team and quadrupled R&D investment, guiding the business into a high-growth therapy area. Since joining Medtronic in 2011, Anu has established herself as a global change agent, leading cross-functional teams across projects in over 10 countries. Anu was responsible for Medtronic’s first local product development in China, in partnership with LifeTech Scientific (Shenzhen), and brought Medtronic’s breakthrough deep brain stimulator product to market in Europe. Known for building high-performing teams and driving growth globally, Anu has held several senior positions over the last decade at Medtronic, including as VP of Business Development & Strategy for the Pain Therapies business unit and Senior Director of Emerging Markets, Cardiac Rhythm & Heart Failure. Anu came to Medtronic after leading product development and strategic efforts at Genentech. She began her career as a consultant with Bain & Company and Willis Towers Watson, working exclusively in the healthcare space.Anu earned her M.B.A. with high distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she was an Edward Tuck Scholar. She holds a B.S. with honors in Mathematics, with minors in Biotechnology and Chemistry from North Dakota State University.
