Yield Assistant/Customer Service Officer
CurrentWorks along with 70+ staff and liaises with various other departments of the organisation. Take ownership of and provide high quality day to day administration and transactional services with appropriate interpretation and application. Identify and do follow ups with solicitors, contractors and resorts managers. Identify Personal Injury claims and decide whether they need to be escalated. Fully utilise and improve systems and tools available to facilitate efficiency. Maintain the relevant databases. Spot and refer inconsistencies. Produce accurate correspondence in a timely manner and ensuring all manual files are regularly updated. Update pricing based on sales and competitor analysis on a daily basis (2 to 4 times a day). Maintain spreadsheets and report to the director/manager on a weekly basis. Closely monitor the sales of the committed accommodation and make relevant changes to the prices including competitor analysis.
