I am a professional triathlete, AusTri Accredited Foundation Coach, exercise science & physiology student, and passionate disability advocate, peer mentor and support worker. My international debut was in 2022, placing 2nd at World Para Triathlon Series Swansea, 1st at World Triathlon Para Cup Portugal, and 3rd at World Triathlon Para Championships. In 2023, I became the Paris Paralympic Test Event Champion, placed second at World Championships and gained a #2 World Ranking. So far in 2024, I've become three-time Oceania Champion and climbed to 2nd place in the Paris Paralympic Qualification Rankings.I am currently in final year of the Bachelor of Exercise Science with entry into the Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Flinders University. As a future Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, I hope to combine my multidisciplinary academic studies with my lived experience of disability and as a professional athlete to enhance my clients' quality of life through using movement as medicine.I am incredibly passionate about helping others with disabilities gain independence, take control of their health, discover their rights, and follow their dreams, whilst also showing society what people with disabilities are capable of with the right support and removal of societal barriers.Coaching is another flourishing passion of mine, having previously coached high school rowing and currently coaching triathletes through Flow Endurance as an AusTri Accredited Foundation Coaching (soon to be awarded Development Coaching Accreditation) and Australian Strength and Conditioning Association Level 1 Certified Coach.
