Troubleshooting the issues through various vendor calls such as VMware, HP. Monitor the Disk Utilization, CPU Utilization and Memory Utilization on server. Managing around 75 vCenters and 6000 ESXi Hosts knowledge on the Nutanix, Cohesity Upgrading ESXi host to the latest version. Allocation of resources like Memory, CPU, storage, network adapter to VM and created new storage Upgrading Firmware, Bios on ESXi servers, Performing patch management using vSphere Update Manager/LCM Renewing SSL Certificates on VCenter Resolving CVM issues through Prism element and CLI Decommission of UCS Chassis/ Rack Server. Troubleshooting issues and fixing them by coordinating with vendors (Dell, Cisco, Intel, Cohesity, Nutanix, VMware).Working on Peer validation for new build servers before transition. Co-ordinating with different support teams to troubleshoot and resolve high priority issues as per SLA Responsible in using Service now Ticking tool for resolving incidents and change requests raised by users.
