 Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws in Food safety. Taking product approval from the regulatory bodies. Conduct training in food safety and hygiene for the food handlers. Manage and maintain food safety documentation and records. Responsible for ensuring overall hygiene activities in the food production areas .

• Implement Dubai World procedures and ensure compliance with local and international legislation pertaining to Food & Hygiene standards
• Review drawings for new facilities/fit outs/modification of Food & Health Establishments
• Conduct Building Completion Inspection (BCI) along with representatives of the Fire and EHS safety sections prior to the issuance of Building Completion Certificate (BCC) to ensure food, hygiene standards & best health.
• Take samples in premises where food is manufactured, processed, served or sold to ensure compliance with standards
• Coordinate destruction of unfit and confiscated food items in coordination with representatives from Customs, and Public Health Services Department
