As the Quality Assurance Manager for IBS, Travel & Cruise products, my role encompasses overseeing the quality assurance process and ensuring that releases are certified before being deployed to customer environments. Manage the processes that guarantee the products meet the required specifications for quality and functionality. I establish and communicate the appropriate quality standards and parameters to the QA team, product development team, and other stakeholders involved in the product's lifecycle.One of my primary responsibilities is coordinating the product testing processes. This involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to verify the product's reliability, usability, and adherence to quality standards. I collaborate closely with the QA team to define test plans, execute test cases, and analyze test results, ensuring that all identified defects and issues are properly addressed.Furthermore, I actively participate in the release management process, working alongside the development team to ensure that releases are thoroughly tested and validated before being deployed to customer environments. This involves conducting rigorous quality assessments, reviewing documentation, and performing risk assessments to minimize any potential impact on the end-users.I am responsible for upholding and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the development and release cycle, ensuring that customers receive reliable and top-notch products that meet their expectations.
