As Head of People my role was to lead the company's HR function in 8 countries. As a member of the group leadership team, I was responsible for the HR strategy: Talent acquisition and management, culture work, people and leadership development, managing employments in all countries, benefits and compensation.My greatest achievement was to establish HR operations and conduct recruitments in Spain, contributing to the growth where the Spanish market became one of the most profitable.
