Data Center Electrical Engineer- Facility Management
Current• Perform and execute daily rounds throughout the Data Center and all the mechanical and electrical equipment within the facility.• Maintain appropriate vendor relationships to perform the necessary repair and maintenance.• Assisted Facilities Manager to managed Projects and ensured all works are in line with contractual requirements.• Ensure proper documentation of all maintenance, repair and services activities for Internal Audit and ISO 27001 audit purpose.• Schedule and oversee periodic inspections and routines of all Data Center equipment.• Respond to facilities emergencies as required.• Plan, organize and direct electrical and mechanical trades within Data Center facilities for corrective maintenance.• Prepare and support annual shutdown exercise for Critical Engineering Systems• Review and process permit to work in accordance to maintenance schedule.• Manage sub-contractors to carry out maintenance works in accordance with procedures.• Management of parts inventory and life cycle replacement.• Perform the task of providing support to the staff in preventative maintenance and repairing of systems• Responsible for providing 24 hours support in complex plant operations as required• Provide support to Facility Manager in preventative maintenance of Data systems• Preparing and maintaining Capacity Management for Power space and Cooling.• Preparing and maintaining Power Audit Sheet.
