Our company serves its markets with three primary service groups.Engineering Plan and Specification: our engineering sales team provides troubleshooting, design, application, and product line information.Field Technical Service: Our technical service engineers provide answers to application questions and help troubleshoot system problems.Inside Sales/Customer Service: Our inside sales group has an in-depth understanding of product applications and can deliver accurate prompt equipment sizing, selection, and pricing informationOur sales efforts are started with the consulting engineers. One of the most important tools to selling in the commercial market is engineer's acceptance. We call on building owners, MEP firms, construction managers and sub-contractors in order to promote the sales of our products. We work closely with design engineers to meet their building equipment needs. Then we follow up with the actual purchasers, handle all technical and installation questions during the construction process and provide start-up, in-warranty and maintenance services.

Experience with system sizing, load calculations, natatorium system design, fluid coolers, chillers, cooling tower layout, variable speed drives, variable air volume systems, ductwork and piping design and layout, temperature control diagrams and all monitoring systems for mechanical equipment. Incorporate Sustainable Design Techniques for various projects.•Develop conceptual design documents including equipment layouts, risers, and flowdiagrams.•Stress and CFD analysis of HVAC systems using AutoPipe V6 and Fluent V2.1.•Prepare outline and detailed specifications for materials and systems.•Review, evaluate, and process contractor submittals including shop drawings, product data, and samples.•Survey existing facilities to verify condition and locations of all current mechanicalsystems.•Preparation of construction documents using AutoCad
