Hello! I'm Anu, a third year Chemical Engineering student at Singapore Polytechnic currently pursuing my final year project. Throughout my academic journey, I have been able to actively explore the industry and its diverse roles. Alongside the foundation modules, I further ventured into the world of agriculture and aquaculture through my school's elective program to foster an understanding of the climate-vulnerable food production systems . Driven by a passion for science, engineering, and sustainability, I seek to explore the integration of engineering into the sustainable manufacturing. My goal is to ensure the environmentally responsible and efficient production of essential materials, such as pharmaceuticals and food, to promote worldwide access while protecting our environment.I have been described as a hard-working individual who is always open to learn something new through challenges and collaboration with other parties. Through holding multiple leadership positions at a time, I find myself to be very flexible and have good task management skills.I will be carrying out my internship in the next semester, this coming September, and am excited to explore the research and sustainability departments within the chemical engineering industry to learn new skills, meet new people, and gain more insights into the industry.
