CalWIN Batch OperationsResponsible to Lead & Monitor the overall Batch environments, responding to alert messages and resolving routine production, application, and system problems according to operating instructions or with guidance to ensure service commitments are metGoal of Batch Operations is to deliver batch on Time without TUX delays, This involves pre-batch checks, Start batch, taking care of known & Unknown abends, Open & execute incident calls if necessary, reacting spontaneously to resolve Issues ASAP, Interaction with other teams to completed batch on Time. Responsible for handling 3 environments namely PROD, UAT and TRN to be in line with Service.Initiated, participated, and executed various Incident calls and followed proper protocols. Responsible for driving the weekend maintenance termed as Batch Card which involves very high coordination with other Infrastructure teams like Unix, DBA, Wintel, and Middleware Operations.Worked during heavy cycles with high load of Jobs during SOM, MOM and EOM and made sure the delivery was within SLA in terms of Batch Operations.Drafts daily operations documentation for shift transition. Experience implementing/utilizing best practices for batch Operations. Schedules daily team duties and activities to ensure coverage and to ensure the service commitments are met.Audits and assures all processing procedures and documentation are maintained.Knowledge Repository in terms of Batch Operations, Induction Pack for the new joiners were created which benefitted the Project team.Client Correspondence is another module in CALWIN, I have worked on Client Correspondence SR’s and fixing the same with in designated SLA’s. Nissan DBS (Dealer Business System) The Dealer Business System (DBS) provides the ability for Dealers to perform Business Management, Vehicle, Parts, and Service transactions with Nissan and report on those transactions. These functions can also be utilized by Nissan corporate users and third parties. The DBS system consists of both an interactive web application and an integration solution allowing Dealers to perform transaction from their selected Dealer Management System (DMS). DBS replaced the legacy DCS system that allows the Nissan Dealers to submit transactions from their DMS today. The DBS system supported roughly 1500 dealerships and 70,000 users in the US and Canada.
