- Responsible for sales & marketing of Power Tools in construction and manufacturing industries.- Key point of contact between the customer and dealers ,constantly liaison between end user and dealer to ensure smooth flow of business communication.- Product and safety training to end user to support customer in driving higher productivity by correct usage of tools.- Making product demonstration to construction manager ,store manager and procurement department in order to generate sales.- Conducting demo for stainless steel application of KPT tools to end user.- Identifying new business opportunities and working with dealer sales team to capture these opportunities.- Introduced new products in the market and provided constructive feedback to the manufacture for further product development .- Ensure marketing objectives are met by focusing on categories that increase the brand share.- Ensure speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximise dealers and client satisfaction level.

- Provide highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of Hitachi Power tools- Developing customer database from various source.- Promoting the product according to the market demand.- In-charge of spare parts division and store.- Handling entire functions of service department of Hitachi Powertools and other machines.- Delivering results and meeting customer expectations- Sales and dispatch of Hitachi Powertools throughout UAE- Preparing list of spare parts required subsequently preparing quotation.- Followup for confirmation of quotations.- Arranging for spare parts required.- Repair and dispatch of repaired tools.- Verification of suppliers invoice, stock checking, quality inspection, followup payment, sales returns, credit notes from suppliers.- Preparing invoices, service acknowledge slips, quotations and Bank voucher with regard to deposits.- Handling petty cash at the counter.
