Lead a college wide mental health screening of all medical students with a focus on anxiety and depression with feedback. Lead emotional preparedness/resiliency curriculum for a medical school setting. Lead a post-doctoral training program in Psychology. Co-chair NYIT-wide Diversity, Equity and Inclusion task force. Lead campus-wide representative group to create an inclusive and equitable community with innovating approaches with safe spaces and institution wide changes to continue to promote a sense of belonging.
