Anu Rajesh is a 24 year IT leader with unique experience working in multiple business functions, technologies and global teams. Anu has a background in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, with specializations in various programming languages. After working a few years on the hardware side, Anu switched her focus to pursue her passion for Application Development in 1998, starting her career in IT with NI(National Instruments) as a Programmer/Analyst. In 2001 Anu was promoted to IT Applications Manager and in that role she managed multiple IT Applications groups, including Global Finance, HR, Data Warehouse and eCommerce, helping to grow these teams across the different IT development centers in US, Europe & Asia, and driving various key projects and system implementations. In 2011, Anu moved to Penang, Malaysia to lead the the start up of the IT hub in APAC for National Instruments and was responsible for supporting the growing needs of the region. In 2017 she took on the additional responsibility to oversee the IT development center in Costa Rica, along with her APAC responsibilities. Anu was appointed the IT Director for Global Back Office at NI in 2019. Recently Anu joined General Motors and is excited to be part of the EV transition journey that GM is embarking on.Anu is reputed for her talent in setting up global teams, driving engagement to turn them into high performance units and nurturing leadership to sustain growth. Her core strengths are in people, process and project management, and leveraging these to meet core customer needs by delivering comprehensive IT solutions.
