This system is used to process invoices and incentive payments for 1000+ employees. Interact with Sales leadership, internal IT teams and third-party vendors to redesign and launch upgraded system. Conduct and supervise integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and several progressive cycles of testing during major spin-off activities. Roll-out system in a phased manner to the different business units. Monitor and make process improvements.Detailed responsibilities: · Book commissions accrual for North America on a monthly basis · Develop and design sales compensation plans for different business annually· Create and present reports for varying levels of leadership to evaluate effectiveness of compensation plans· Interface and assist in periodic payroll audits by internal and third-party auditors.· Create financial models and projections for what-if scenarios· Execute periodic validations to ensure process and data integrity for the whole team · Serve as the single point of contact for incentive processing for expats around the globe.· Provide process training for new team members
