Generating Demand notes to customers for payment of installments at a different stage of construction as per schedule mentioned in Builder Buyer agreements.Recovery on due (unpaid) installments from customers, by sending reminders along with an interest charged as per agreements, regular calling to customers, personal meeting with customers, and also negotiating on interest amount charged on his due amount.Handling all related queries of customers and generating monthly reports for management.Coordinating with clients over the phone for outstanding dues.Assisting client over the phone.Coordinating with site officers regarding stages of construction.
