I am a public policy and staff development professional with over 20 years of experience in the public and non-profit sector. I enjoy working collaboratively with a wide variety of internal partners and external collaborators and providing advice and strategic intelligence to senior leaders. I have a knack for taking complex content and distilling it into digestible and operational bits; both through program and instructional design and training and policy development. I have successfully lead a variety of divisional, ministerial and enterprise-wide initiatives aimed at reducing barriers and advancing health equity.I am passionate about designing education programs and policies that advance opportunities for people who identify with one or more of the protected grounds of the Ontario Human Rights Code and others experiencing social and health inequities due to identity.
