• Maintaining and updating bank statement and customer billing files. • Receive vehicles, attach challan and GRN in system and keeping proper records (Stock Maintenance).• Co-ordinate with sales and operating teams for organizing events.• Issue cash receipt, payment and sales bills.• Manage and maintain proper record of petty cash expenses.

• Assist and help staffs as per requirement.• Distributing and maintaining physical share certificates of the shareholders.• Proper maintaining records of the physical share certificates in excel files.• Handling phone calls and helping customers with their inquiries.• Transfer shares, right shares and bonus shares of the companies to the shareholder’s Demat account and cash dividend to bank accounts.• To coordinate with the different branches of Global IME Bank Ltd. to provide physical share certificates to the shareholders.

• Account opening• Cash collection and maintain passbooks.• Maintaining of daily cash collection record and posting the amounts to the respective account of the account holders in system.• Assist and help staffs for filing, daybook keeping and receiving phone calls.
