- Recording and maintaining monthly transactions in QuickBooks (ERP) accurately including Revenue recognition based on monthly project completion and billing status and, Expense booking and Accruals for projects and SG&A.
- Liaising with Operations and ensuring customer billing based on project completion on time.
- Recording monthly gratuity accruals and Preparing monthly Payroll file for WPS transfer – including providing necessary internal approvals and calculations for Employee’s Final Settlement.
- Preparing analytical reports on key metrics like costs, pending projects etc,. to ensure cost control and project optimization.
- Providing all necessary information for quarterly VAT filing to Tax consultants.
