In-charge of Fluke /Megger Authorized Service center in UAE.Planning, organizing, and monitoring calibration assignments and ensuring workexpectations for scope, schedule and cost.Supervise calibration/service department staff, Performance evaluations.Providing on-site and in-house training on precision calibration tools.To Implement Quality management system within laboratory.Providing excellent customer oriented support coordination for calibration lab set-up.Prepare quotations for thermal surveys, Power quality surveys and recalibration ofmaster calibrators.Managing a team of Technical Support Engineers for pre-post-sales support.Coordinating various training courses on Infrared Thermography-Level 1 & Level 2, PCN& ASNT exams, Fluke METCAL procedure writing courses with third party institutes andtrainers from US, RSA.Responsibility for Establishment of the documentation and implementation requirementsin compliance to the standards ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems.Control and distribution of the company’s overall Quality documentations.Maintain calibration funnel /business leads .
