• Spearheaded the re-architecture of the integration layer using cutting-edge technology tools, achieving an 80% reduction in database costs and a 50% reduction in server costs. Utilized advanced technical concepts such as distributed computing,multi-threading with virtual threads, high availability, and asynchronous processing. This project resulted in development of 6 individually scalable services.• Developed a robust internal library for seamless interactions with MongoDB, significantly enhancing the auditing process for update/insert operations on documents without any significant impact to any CRUD operation.• Implemented API Gateway solutions using APISIX, including rate limiting, authentication, request redirection, load balancing, and request overriding to enhance system performance and security.• Designed and implemented a new microservice processing over 1 million inventory updates per minute and distributing them to multiple marketplaces. This eliminated queue backlogs, ensured real-time updates, and significantly improved inventory data accuracy.

Designed and developed highly scalable and innovative microservices.• Impoved internal MQ library using AMQP bases messaging queues. This allowed us to manage our huge RabbitMQ infra via code. This library also improved message comsumption rate by introducing things like batching and concurrency.• Developed ELK integration to send various metrics from applications, on the basis of which alerts can be triggered using Kibana.Integration with elastic APM to monitor internals of our applications using proper tracing.• Revamped in-house data warehouse (AIMS) used by BI/Operations, reducing database locks and decoupling thread pools for 30% performance boost and 60% reduction in daily operational issues, resulting in smoother and more efficient processes.• Carried out critical architecture changes of Flipkart Push Notifications Flows to Async Job scheduling mechanism and implemented Multithreading, Bulk Process and Retry mechanism to handle over 100000 RPM of over 50 clients successfully enhancing system’s performance and ensuring scalability.Learned about the web development stack being used company-wide, including backend (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, RDBMS mainly MySql, cloud technologies like GCP and AWS) and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery).Worked on two projects, POS (point of sale application) and Toy Assure [miniature version of company's actual warehouse management offering].
