Project: Construction of EMBASSY Buildings for the UAE in Astana.● Provide daily/weekly progress reports from a construction site to the executive team.● Assist the Project Manager in planning, documentation, and overall management of the project.● Inspection of contractors and subcontractors works.● Conducting meetings with subcontractors and preparing minutes of meetings.● Preparing analytical reports regarding (S-curve, diagram).● Preparing construction schedule.● Monitoring work progress and update schedule of works.● Consolidating all the reports from the foremen and subcontractors.● Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports to the client.● Working with external and internal utility lines (HVAC, water supply and sewage, Electrical, Fire&Gas, low-voltage network) and with civil scope.● Business correspondence.● Preparing monthly LEED reports for performing the LEED certification requirements.
