• Responsible for monthly book closing, outlook planning for the tower.• Prepare variance analysis & take a detailed derive on forecast and actual every month.• Addressing various ad-hoc report and according to management requirements • Calculating the External Revenue(ER), Internal Revenue(IR) and Project Margin(PM) for every month• Preparing Cost calculation, WIP Calculation and missing hour calculation report • Preparing MEC journal (Cost Accrual, Deferred Income, WIP, Reclass Journal etc)• Calculating Actual Vs Outlook report and advising the missing cost or revenue to contract manager and getting the reasons for all backlog• Submission of Pre-flash numbers• Monthly review calls with business to discuss Monthly performance and update the revised outlook numbers.• Preparing the Budget file.• Defining and developing key performance indicators; analyzing and interpreting financial and operational performance and tracking key operational objectives and strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and profitability of the business units.

• MIS Reporting: Performing variance analysis / Budgeting and Planning Analysis of clients’ business every month and reporting the same to client’s top & senior management with valid reasons. Analyzing In-direct expenses budget Vs actual spent, forecasting with historical data• Implementing necessary internal controls and procedures to maintain accuracy in reporting.• Revenue and cash forecast and supporting Budget Planning• Monitoring the forecast number in line with trend and report to the business.• Making payments to Suppliers and Employee Expenses.• Analyzing cash payout data on a monthly basis and communicating it to the management.• Ad hoc projects as required by region or group finance.• Preparation of Cash Book• Preparing Bank Reconciliation report and doing adjustment journal • Preparation of outstanding liability schedule, prepaid expense schedule, creditors schedule, ageing and remarks for outstanding.

• Processing supplier and employee payments.• Cash Forecasting• Reconciling Pension Ledgers.• Processing overtime payments for employees.• Processing Ad hoc/urgent payment request.• Handling queries related to Vendor and employee payments.• Cross training the new joiners• Strictly adhering to meeting deadlines specified in the SLA• SLA Reports through appropriate metrics and dashboards.
