• Worked on community development projects for self-employment with 35 SHG’s across tribal region of Bastar• Implemented and executed plastic sequestration in 4 tourism centric villages• Part of the core team in running operations for various tours, acting as a coordinator and guide

• Delivering time sensitive end to end customer supply chain support for EMEA’s IoT customers, gaining expertise in IoT product supply health. • Using SAP and Salesforce on a day to day basis, managing customer queries as well as setting up dashboards to create visual data analysis. • Create and present weekly backlog indicators for over 40 customers. • Training new employees on IoT specific processes and procedures, developed training packs and assisting with onboarding reducing the RAMP process for new employees. • Taking on account coverage, solving high level issues and becoming a recognised expert within the team on these accounts.
